We've been using Dropbox for shared storage at our office, and I've been able to keep everyone on the same version of the xTuple desktop client by storing the Mac, Windows, and Linux clients in a folder on Dropbox. That's been working great for several years. We just migrated everything to a corporate Google Drive, though, and now the synced xTuple desktop app, at least on the Mac, won't open...it gives a generic "cannot open xTuple.app" message. It's not Gatekeeper-related, I've already checked that. Is anyone else using Google Drive to store the app itself?
