xTuple Account disabled/not accessible

I am getting the following error when trying to login to my account “The username ecologix_akelly has not been activated or is blocked”. I have not accessed the site since the new login forms were posted, I did try last year also with same result. I am unsure if my account needed to be upgraded to new system or some other change? Either way I get the following errors when trying to login.

  1. When trying to login with my existing username and password - “The username ecologix_akelly has not been activated or is blocked”

  2. When trying to request a new password for my username “ecologix_akelly” - “Sorry, ecologix_akelly is not recognized as a user name or an e-mail address.”

  3. OK, I have been deleted based on #2, so I try to sign up again and I am told my username is not available.

Any help on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Andrew,

It looks as if your account was accidentally blocked from accessing the web sites. We’ve reactivated it and you should now be able to log back in using the ecologix_akelly acccount.

Please let me know if this happens again.
