Set the background color on a Currency Cluster

using Windows 5.1

I am trying to set the background color of a currency cluster to red when a certain condition occurs to alert the user.

I use

fee_schedule.setBackgroundColor(toolbox.namedColor(“red”));

But it does not work, does anyone have any idea how to set the background color of a currency cluster

Thank you

Bob

Bob,
I cant help you very much but there are 2 methods I think that are possible.

  1. would be to use fee_scheduls.setStyleSheet("") though I’m not sure how that would work, I am unfamiliar with that system. (make sure the background is auto-filing for this method)

  2. Make sure that the background isn’t auto-filling and put the currency cluster inside of another widget that you can set the background color on and simply change the background color of that

Thank you Caleb, I will give it a try.
