I don’t know if I’m using the correct terminology, but I have not been able to find any resources online to suggest we can restrict sales orders to order minimums or multiples. I have this set up and working great on the Vendor/Source side, but if a customer is ordering a drop-ship product from said vendor, I need their order minimums and multiples to match. Does anyone know if this is possible to control through the Sales Order?
There is no way to enforce order multiples/minimums on sales orders unfortunately, but your forum post has spawned quite a bit of discussion internally on why that may be. We have created a feature request, ticket CORE-3517623739, that will track this going forward. It feels like a feature gap that is worth figuring out.
