Error login for Xtuple 4.10.0

I .i wan’t to ask you why i cannot login to xtuple that you have gave.and the xtuple version is 4.10.0 and the postgre sql is 9.5 version.

But i have an error

I’d say make sure that you have restored the backup you downloaded to the database you created, and that the version of that backup matches the version of the client you are using. Make sure that you created the database you are restoring that backup to with the user = admin, I think password does not matter, and the user id is case sensitive.
